General Terms And Conditions
   
  APPLICABILITY: These tour conditions apply to Prime Travel Services “hereafter called PTSI 180 E. Main St. Ramsey NJ 07446 and the Tour Participant “hereafter called Member”.  
  VISAS AND DOCUMENTATION: Each traveler must have a valid US passport. All persons are responsible for obtaining information about entry requirements and the documentation necessary to enter those countries to which they are traveling.  
  LUGGAGE: Each member is allowed (2) pieces of luggage not to exceed 62 inches. Carry-on bags are exempted providing they fit under your seat. Cruise passengers are allowed (2) pieces of luggage, the combined dimensions not to exceed 106 inches.  
  INSURANCE: Insurance coverage is not included in our tour prices. An optional insurance plan offered by Access America Insurance company, is strongly recommended and is available with all PTSI tours.  
  THE PRICE & WHAT IT INCLUDES: The dollar amount shown in your itinerary may include; transfers of persons and luggage on arrival and departure between the airport and hotel or other accommodations, where indicated in the trip itinerary and hotel accommodations on a double occupancy basis, except as otherwise specified. Exchange Rate Prices are based on the exchange rate of the U.S. Dollar in effect May 15, 2008 and are subject to increase if such rates change prior to departure. We suggest full payment upon confirmation to secure the rate(s).  
  TIPS & TAXES: Baggage handling, gratuities and hotel taxes are often included. Minimal gratuities are included in all trips. Additional taxes, security charges and other fees collected by governments, airports, airlines and other entities are not included unless specifically listed as included features. These amounts will appear on your bill, and must be included with the final payment.  
  NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR RATE: The following is a list of some major items not included in the tour rate; excess baggage charges, room service charges, items not on portions of menus reserved for PTSI passengers, laundry, beverages, alcoholic and otherwise, items of a personal nature, airport to ship pier transfers if air transportation is not purchased as a part of a cruise package and foreign airport departure taxes. Port taxes on cruises are not included.  
  FINAL PAYMENT & CANCELLATION: PTSI reserves the right to decline, accept or remove, in its sole discretion at any time and for any reason, any eligible member as a participant in the trip (or any optional side trip).  
  PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Payment of the final balance is due sixty (60) days prior to the departure, regardless of when reservations are made.  
 

CANCELLATION: Reservations may only be canceled by written notice sent to PTSI or designated land tour operator. Time of written cancellation will be when notice is received in Prime Travel office or Land Operators office. Confirmation number must ask. Cancellation fees apply even if a person cancels a tour or changes the departure date. Cancellations will be charged the per person fees listed below. In fairness to others and because of expenses incurred, there will be no exceptions.

61 or more days prior to start of tour: Fee is $150

60-8 days prior to start of tour: Fee is 50% of tour price.

7days or less prior to start of the tour, no show or during tour: Fee is 100% of tour/service price.

If any person is removed by PTSI from the trip (or any optional side trip), PTSI’s only obligation shall be to refund, to such a person, a fraction of the trip price, the numerator of which fraction shall be PTSI cost for the person’s unused services, and the denominator of which shall be PTSI cost for the person’s entire trip.

 
  RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIABILITY: The responsibility of PTSI and/or its agents is limited. PTSI and its agents act only as agents for passenger in regards to travel whether by air, railroad, motorcoach or any other conveyance, and assumes no defect, through the acts or defaults of any company or person, engaged in conveying members, or in carrying out the arrangements of this tour, or as a direct or indirect result of acts of God, dangers incident in the sea, or air, fire, break in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities, “de jure” or “de facto” wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations or from any other causes. PTSI can accept no responsibilities for loss or additional expenses, to members, due to delay or changes in schedule. Tour services included but not limited to guide services, hotel accommodations, meals and other services are furnished by third parties, who are independent and do not act for or on behalf of PTSI and with whom PTSI has no relationship as joint venture or otherwise. Therefore, PTSI shall not be liable or responsible, in any way, whatsoever for any inconvenience, loss, damage or injury arising out of or in connection with such tour services, whether same shall be the result of changes in hotel accommodations, food, baggage handling, tour guiding or any other matters related thereto. All such losses or expenses, will have to be borne by the passengers. Each passenger waives any claim against PTSI for any delay, inconvenience or damage, loss of property or baggage or injury to or deaths of persons, due to the acts or omissions of said third parties. Any airline/transportation company concerned, is not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event, during the time passengers are not aboard their aircraft or conveyances. PTSI further reserves the right, at any time, to change any part of the itinerary, or the carrier, or the aircraft utilized, or the hotel accommodations utilized, or any other. The prices advertised in this itinerary are subject to change due to price increases resulting from decreases in the purchasing power of the US dollar, gasoline price increases and similar causes. In such a case, each passenger can be required to pay an additional amount for the trip reflecting such increase. Travel arrangements to JFK Airport or other departure points, is solely member’s responsibility. Each member is also personally responsible, for any hotel expenses, theater tickets, souvenirs, gifts, clothing, glasswork, art and all other items of personal nature, or additional services received. Each person making reservations for or participating in the trip described in these folders or flyers understands, and agrees to all terms, conditions and limitations set forth herein.  
  ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND FEATURES: These are the tour services and features which must be purchased as part of the complete tour package, such as US departure tax, any included ground transportation and transfers, overseas baggage and handling, tour directors, some gratuities, meals where applicable, some overseas taxes and other services. All components of this tour are included in good faith. PTSI reserves the right to cancel the entire trip (or any optional side trips offered in connection with the trip) for any reason, at any time, before departure of the trip, in which event, the liability, if any, for PTSI shall be limited to and liquidated by refunding to each prospective participant the money, if any, therefore received by PTSI, for such person’s trip which the money has not been or should not be otherwise refunded to said person. PTSI reserves the right to change any part of the itinerary, due to circumstances beyond its control.  
  INSURANCE: We strongly recommend travel cancellation and interruption insurance
